  1. Q) Where is Sturgis?

    A) We are located in Sturgis, South Dakota, right in the heart of the United States. We are owned and operated by the City of Sturgis, SD. This is a City owned and operated store.

  2. Q) How can I tell if an item is in stock?

    A) Item stock status is located on the individual product pages. Please note that many items are listed as available, but will require additional time prior to shipping for the item to be received into our distribution center. Usually ships in 1, 2, 3 or 4 business days.

  3. Q) My item showed in stock online but now it is out of stock.

    A) Our system works on a first come, first served basis. The most common reason for something being out of stock after showing in stock is an order for the same item was placed and fulfilled before your order was received. Your order will be filled as quickly as possible.

  4. Q) Do you ship internationally?

    A) Sturgis Superstore currently ships to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom and APO/FPO addresses. Call us at 605-720-0800 to arrange special shipping to your location.

    A) We do. Please call 605-720-0800 or email sales@sturgissuperstore.com to discuss.

  6. Q) If I do not see something on your website, can you special order it?

    A) This usually depends on the item itself, please call customer service at: 605-720-0800. A representative will be able to give you information about your specific product.

  7. Q) Who are Sturgis Superstore's suppliers?

    A) Sturgis Superstore mainly works with local business within the City of Sturgis, SD. We do however sell items with the state of South Dakota also.

  8. Q) Do you have size charts?

    A) If a product has a size chart, we will show it. These charts are provided by the manufacturers of the listed product and should only be used as a general guide. Because people are different, we cannot guarantee that the charts will work for everyone.

  9. Q) Can I return model specific parts?

    A) Any parts returned for credit or exchange must be in new condition in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. BE SURE THE PART YOU ORDER IS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC VEHICLE. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part.

  10. Q) Do you charge sales tax for orders shipped to my state?

    A) Sturgis Superstore will charge the appropriate sales tax in accordance with state law if your package is shipped within the State of South Dakota.
